5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• If a recharge fails due to technical issues on our end, we will refund the full amount
• If a recharge fails due to incorrect information provided by you, we will assist in resolving the issue but cannot guarantee a refund
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

6. User Conduct

When using our service, you agree not to:

• Use our service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our service
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our service
